SUBHSWAGATAM provides comprehensive event planning and management services, including:
Banquet hall booking
Venue décor and design
DJ and entertainment services
Catering and hospitality
Photography and videography
Choreography and makeup services
Vendor coordination and event supervision
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment or written confirmation.
SUBHSWAGATAM reserves the right to decline bookings due to scheduling conflicts or service limitations.
A detailed service agreement will be shared upon confirmation.
Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance is required to reserve your event date.
Balance Payment: The remaining payment must be made on or before the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event – 80% of the advance may be refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event – no refund of advance payment.
In case of postponement, advance payments may be adjusted toward the new date (subject to availability).
Any change in event timing, venue, or requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 days in advance.
SUBHSWAGATAM reserves the right to charge additional fees for major modifications or extended service hours.
We collaborate with trusted vendors for food, décor, photography, entertainment, and logistics.
While we ensure quality service, SUBHSWAGATAM is not liable for third-party delays, damages, or unforeseen interruptions caused by vendors beyond our direct control.
Clients must ensure:
Timely sharing of event details and approvals.
Availability of venue and necessary permissions.
Proper cooperation during event setup and execution.
Full payment as per the agreed schedule.
SUBHSWAGATAM is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or event disruption caused by:
Natural calamities, power failures, or technical malfunctions.
Accidents or mishaps at the event venue.
Acts of negligence by third-party vendors or guests.
We, however, ensure professional handling and risk management to minimize such occurrences.
With your written consent, SUBHSWAGATAM may use photographs or video footage from your event for promotional purposes on our website, brochures, or social media pages.
We respect your privacy and will not share images without permission.
All website content, designs, images, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of SUBHSWAGATAM. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in [City Name], India.
